Multi Family with VA loan/ Sacramento, CA

Hello,

I recently moved to Sacramento, and have sold my home in Missouri. I am looking for a great deal on a multi family using my VA loan. It will likely be a buy and hold in the future, but for now I would be living in it.

I would like to max out my doors and get a four plex if possible.  

Any one have any advice on some properties?
