Will Analyze Properties For Free

I am very interested in investing in real estate. I am living in Germany for the next two years and would like to learn more about analyzing deals. I have no idea where I will end up next, so I don't care where I start learning. I would like to offer my services to help anyone analysis deals. I am fine with doing mindless and repetitive work if it means I learn. Before anyone tells me that I can start investing here in Germany, please don't. I am not willing to try and learn real estate over here where I do not speak the language and have a very small understanding of the legal system. I want to invest in America and only America to start. Anywhere in United States will work. I have listened to all of the podcasts. I will need some teaching, but I am eager learner. I WILL WORK FOR FREE.
