Hello BP.

I am an RE agent in Colorado. Client came to me with a problem house in Sarasota, Florida.

It was the home of his parents and older brother. Parents passed away years ago and older brother has continued to live there and has allowed the house to deteriorate. It is in very poor shape and he cannot take care of it. Other siblings are paying the taxes and are ready to sell it.

This is definitely an investor deal because the house is in poor shape and will need to be emptied inside.

In good shape, it would be worth around $190k.

I want to help him out. I also want to make some money if there is an opportunity to do so. Referring it to a local agent for sale would not bring me any real return, but I will do it if that is the only way to help my client here in CO.

How can this be handled? Is there wholesale opportunity across the country? Can I do a flip across the country?

Looking for ideas.
