How would I calculate my MAO for the seller? I would be wholesaling this property. The home is has 3 beds 2.5 bathrooms and is 2000 sqft. The home Estimated Value is $169,000.00 this is based off of recent home sales over a 30-day window. The Land Market Value is $18,200.00, the Market Improvement Value is $80,600.00 and the Market Value is $98,800.00 How would I Calculate this, thanks for your help.
