Acceptable Cash Flow
Hi everybody!
I have a question about acceptable cash flow for a SFR investment in the St. Louis and surrounding areas. I am starting to analyze deals and was wondering if anyone could help me better understand the market in St. Louis or how to do so. I know that 12% is a great cash on cash return and was hoping someone would share their thoughts on this! Thanks!
