Hi everyone!  I'm Zalman and I'm new in the real estate business. Just want to say that Bigger Pockets is great!!  
As of now I'm just gathering a lot of information from their website and from all the podcasts to make sure I'm knowledgeable enough before I'm ready to jump into my first deal. My goal is to buy a low end house for about 40k and rehab for another 20k and sell it for 100k. I'll come back with my results hopefully soon. Thank you Bigger Pockets.
