Put Your Hand Up if You Want To Help!
Put your hand up if you're a real estate broker or real estate agent!
I recently bought a brokerage in Ohio and would need some advice from you guys.
I'm looking to learn and educate myself on what really makes real estate agents "tick".
No matter what state or city you work in, please comment below and say "Hi".
Some of the questions that I have are:
1) As an agent would you rather earn less (As in commission split) and have more resources (As in training, office space and continual support)?
2) Does the brokers brand meaning anything to you and how do you think it helps your performance?
3) I know you all want leads but how would expect those leads delivered to you? Phone time sucks, right?
4) Do you like referral programs? Does your existing broker offer any?
5) Last question. Out of all of the online marketing platforms, tools and gadgets. What is the most valuable one to you that has brought you the most success?
Thanks so much and I'm looking forward to connecting.
ps. I'm also happy to help anyone else out in anyway, so check out my BIO and let me know how I can be of value
