INTENDED TO FLIP BUT WANT TO KEEP TO TURN INTO RES ASSISTED LIVIN
So I bought a old 1900s house and completedly transformed it to an amazing property. I have a ton of money into it and the plan was to flip it and walk away. Lately I have decided to get into the senior housing and brought me to the conclusion that I really would want to keep this and turn it into a residental assisted living facility. Problem is we have over 300k of debt in this property and its a burden to keep it empty until we do something. Since we maxed cards to get this one done it brought our scores down to where it is not very easy to refi. I see a ton of potential being 2400 sq ft and the ability to build on to the back. Looking for creative ideas BP?????
