Online Map, neighborhoods, pricing info pins

Hello,

I am looking for either  a program or a website. 

It will allow me to outline neighborhoods.

It will allow me to attach info to the neighborhood.  In my case, its going to be whats selling per square foot.  Id also like to be able to list key data like absorption rate.

We are flippers. Currently we do a CMA on each property. Id like to be able to see the pertinent info at a glance and update my numbers every so often so we can move quicker.
