Hypothetically, what is the best way to invest 1 million dollars

Hello BP members!  I wanted to start a discussion and pick the minds of investors here. Hypothetically, what is the best way (for you not me) to invest 1 million dollars in today's real estate environment.  Would you invest in SFRs, multifamily, commercial, what locations, what class properties (ABCD), how many, and most importantly why.  I am certain there is no one right answer and I hope this discussion get people thinking about the way they invest themselves.  Note: I chose 1 million because it would be invested differently than say 10 million or 100K.
