Is this home worth it?

I am trying to decide if this home is worth it and need some advice. I'm looking at a 6 bd, 5.5 bth, 4,100 sq ft house sitting on 1.87 wooded acres. Home was foreclosed last year, listed currently at 485k. Comps in the area are anywhere from 650-790k. This home is gorgeous, but it needs some work. There was an extra room built into the garage that would need to be removed, the kitchen completely gutted and redone, light fixtures replaced, minor updates to bathrooms and new drywall/ceilings/floors in 2000 sqft basement. I estimate at least 75k in repairs, with a buffer up to 100k. This home looks great, build in 1999, and only 20 minutes from DC, 30 minutes from Baltimore. Is this home worth making a deal for?
