I'm a newbie wholesaler who is in need of any advice to handle a situation with a so call mentor. I have a deal where I got the bank to accept my offer, buyer in place, title company all set, now so call mentor doesnt want me to communicate with the title company to complete deal. This all began when I told so call mentor she was not professional, nor above board when conflict arose by so call mentor. Now bank is waiting on me to accept the offer and prehud was sent with so call mentors companys name however I was the sole contact with the bank, seller and title company in which I have a great repoire. What can I do other than getting my attorney involved. Thanks in advance
