Contacting Distressed/Vacant Homeowners

BPers, I'm fairly new to wholesaling and working on trying to get my first deal. Can anybody tell me what's the best way to find homeowners and contact info? Having a hard putting contact info with names and sometimes addresses with names. And any other advice and pointers would be helpful as well, Thank you.
