Viewing flip properties in Sarasota area

Hi All,

I will be buying my first rehab property in the Sarasota area in the next month or so.  I would like to opportunity to visit other properties that are either rehabbed and on the market or nearly complete. I am just looking for advise and tips based on the area.  Please let me know if anyone would be willing to show me there flips and give me some advise.  I'll bring lunch.
