Owning rentals in other states???
Realistically is this a nightmare? My entire "empire" is right here where I live. However I have found some dang good deals in another state. The numbers work and a solid management company is there too. I'm owner/operator president, board, hired labor and disgruntled painter of my operation. Can ONE guy really pull it all of being 1,200 miles apart?
