I am very happy for my brand new client who called me in a panic a few days before Thanksgiving needing financing because his other lender couldn't deliver what he needed. He is a builder in Los Angeles, well he was. He has built about 100+ homes over the past 30 years and a few years ago he was diagnosed with liver cancer. After a very tough fought battle he is now in remission and ready to get back out there.

He found a great fixer upper in Long Beach, CA where he is going to add 1200SF on to it. He purchased it for $507,000, he is going to build out the addition and do a complete remodel for $130,000 and then resell it for $880,000. Pretty solid profit.

We were able to provide him 100% of the purchase price of the home and get him back on his feet. The whole project will take about 90 - 120 days so he will be able to relist right when the market picks back up seasonally in Southern California.

This business is about making money, but it's also about helping people and making great connections with those in the business. It is an amazing thing when you can make money and enrich someone's life at the sometime.
