10 Units Back on the market - but...
Hello BP - I saw a nice 10 unit complex come on the market that I was going to submit an offer on. Within a day, the listing agent told me they had a full price, all cash offer so I started looking elsewhere. Two weeks pass, and it's back on the market. I ask her why and she replied "fell out during inspection". I was going to offer full price as the numbers look pretty good.
- Is it bad form to press her on why it fell out?
The listing has only been on the market for a few weeks so not sure how serious this could be. Thoughts? I haven't made an offer yet.

I would press for a better answer, lower my offer, and be heavy handed in terms of the DD process, something's not right.
