Last night meet with a Seller who would like to sell property QUICKLY to an investor for cash.  Seller would like to net $300,000 after agent commissions.  Details of property 1500 sf (750 upstairs) walk out.  Lot is 6400 sf with a 50' frontage.  Built in 1917.  2 beds 1.5 bath, newer roof deck and SS appliances, hardwood floors, updated tile.  Call me for more details and exact address.
