First house - still shaking
Just bought my first house in Denmark. It was a forclosure and I am still in shock that it really worked and that the house is mine.
I have done the numbers many times in the calculator, and every way I turn it, it is a good deal. At the moment I am working on renovation and planning on renting it from mid december or newyear.
This transition from studying to actually DOING is mindbogling. I really follow that it is on the first that you learn the most.
