What type of non-recourse commercial loans are out there for a single tenant office building?  The tenant just singed a five year triple net lease. They are a large national firm tied to to government. Rent is 45k a year with built in escalations each year. The building is tax assessed at 375k and building was assessed with a 9 cap last time it was done professionally. This would mean it has a value of 500k using this method.  What are my best options? How are the pros going to look at this?

Thanks,

Steven
