Bp calculator help
Hi guys.
I've always been taught that the only stupid question is the one not asked. So here goes.....
I want to start doing at least three analysis of deals a day as suggested to become proficient. However, when attempting to use the bp calculators I find it hard to get through them because I don't know where to look for the information to fill in the blocks. I've read some literature talking about comps and pro-formas as well as viewed some of the bp webinars where Brandon goes through the calculators but, is there someone out there that can walk me through the process or "dummy-proof" it for me. Again I really want to get started moving and this small thing is giving me a bit of paralysis.
Thanks in advance
