I am writing this today to announce that I closed my first fix and flip deal on Wednesday of last week. Rehab begins on Monday. I am so excited for this. Just really cant believe my dreams are finally happening. To all those out there, keep pushing forward and never give up. I bought the property for 70,000k putting 17500k into it and will be listing it for 125-130k. Thank you everyone that has helped me along the line and that will continue to help me.
