Hi folk,

Does anybody know Garfield park-south neighborhood in Indianapolis is good location for duplex? It's not a ware zone?

Not a war zone at all but like @Mike D'Arrigo said it can still be a challenge to make multi units work. Keep in mind there are plenty of SFR for rent in that area for 650 - 750. If given the equally priced choice (good) tenants will choose sfr over a duplex any day. Price your units accordingly.
