BRRR Analysis

Hey guys, I was running some numbers today and would love if someone could double check my assumptions for this place.

This is the BRRR report from the calculator. Let me know what other details you might need to see if my numbers make sense at all. I'm not very familiar with doing this yet.

I'd prefer to see your all-in cost to be no more than 70% of its ARV (ie. $63k in this case).

Are you SURE you'll be able to get an 80% refi, on a sure ARV of $90k, to pay out your HML?

Thanks for posting. No doubt, this is very good practice for you. All the best...
