Hi BP,

I just wanted to share a success I had earlier this week. After calling multiple (8-10) smaller community banks, I finally found a lender that keep in house. They are going to be able to lend me my next 10-15 properties without factoring in the DTI. Very excited about this!

PS: I found this lender by posting on facebook @Brandon Turner. Thanks for the advice BP.
