Hello All! I am new to BiggerPockets.  Several years ago I was a licensed Real Estate Agent, I am currently studying the multifamily market as that is where I eventually want to be. Does anyone have or know where I can find the analasis of actual multifamily deals. The  size of the deals doesn't matter to me, just looking for the structure.
