Whats up BP. I am a new investor from Brooklyn NY looking to invest into some real estate in Philadelphia. I want to start small just to see if its for me as I have read real estate investing is not for everyone. Looking into some SFR out in Philadelphia. I already purchased the Rental property investing book on BP.
