Hey BP people,

I'm a part time investor In Panama city Fl. I have 2 Single Family rentals and 1 PR. My original plan was to stop acquire rentals at 3 and being to pay them off beginning with the first one ( to create a snowball effect). After religiously stalking the BP website for the last few days I have been inspired to abandon the strategy and set a larger goal. The podcast and Blogs have really contributed to that.

I will end and my intro with a question to anyone that wants to advise or just say hi.

Q: should I pull the equity out of my first house( could get about 100K) to use the BRRR system? Or should I use my liquid savings/ Cap Ex reserves ( could use about 30k). I guess the question is should I look for a more modest next investment or something bigger?

Thanks
