My name is Sach. I am from Los Angeles CA. I own a 4 bedroom condo here that I bought when I was 24 and started renting out the rooms. I lived in one room so my out of pocket each month average abt $250. That's my rent and utilities including wifi and cable. My roommates are paying the rest which goes to mortgage and utilities. Anyways, I am ready to invest in duplex or triplex. I want to move out of CA since I won't get any positive cashflow here since the market is high. I just started doing research on out of state areas and I would love to here from other people living in other states. Where are some Good places to live and invest in real estate. Where the real estate prices aren't as high as CA. I am also open for investor or real estate agent who wants to partner up and build real estate portfolio together. My FICO is 700+ but I can't prove much income and that's where I'm getting stuck when it comes to financing. Any help in acquiring my first duplex would be appreciated. Thanks, Sach
