Hello I have been reading some BP posts for a couple of months now. The information I have gotten from the site has been very helpful. My father and I invested in a home in early July of this year. We got it at sheriff sale for a decent deal. We just put it on market a couple of days ago and have already gotten multiple offers! Post the numbers and before and after pictures below. 

Purchased Price = 77,000 at Sheriff Sale

Rehab = ~8,000

Total Investment/Holding Costs Included = ~ 86,500

ARV = 136,900
