I'm planning to invest in a Condo for 2Br, 2ba on Oregon coast and it is a short sale. The condo is in excellent condition
1) Cost 160K (mortage loan)
2) Rental ~$150-200/ night for atleast 150 days
3) property taxes- ~2500
4) HOA ~$200/ month
5) other expenditure- electricity, Gas, water
6) insurance ~1000/yr

help me understand if this is good investment. if not why?

thanks!
