BRRRR Analysis help

Hello BP Community,

I have been working on a spreadsheet to do BRRRR analysis and i was looking through the BRRRR Calculator on BP to see what kind of output it gives and i cant seem to figure out how the "Total Cash Invested" is calculated on the Refinance portion of the output report.

I feel like this should be obvious, but I'm not seeing it.  So to calculate the Cash on Cash return after the refinance, what do i use for my Total Cash Invested?

Please help!!
