What to do with the raw land i have?

Hi....

As i am very new to real estate business i am unable to decide what to do!!

My Problem: I have a raw land which was surrounded by huge number of commercial properties, is it a right decision to build a commercial complex or make it as a residential apartments as there are few residential apartments as well.

which could be the better option to secure my future?
