Does the deed need to be transferred after grandmothers passing?

Me and my grandmother own a property in South FL she has recently passed. Do I need to notify bank of her passing ? Will they require me to refinance? The property is being used on air bnb. From what I have researched I do not plan to report the income if pushed to refinanced.  Does the deed need to put in my name ? Will it spark the due on sale clause? I am the beneficiary. Any advice would be grateful.

Thanks in advance.
