The 1st year was rocky  if I had a house I did not have a buyer  if i had a buyer I did not  have a house...properties did not close for so many reasons that I gave up counting... but we stuck with it kept reading Bigger Pockets kept learning for  the mistakes made...happy to say did not make the same one twice...could of easily tossed in the towel any number of times but never did...figured if I can teach karate to 3 year olds  I can figure this out to.. and we have  today we are closing 2 to five  homes a month and have some clients back for the second  and third houses  was just like anything else was a matter of leaning  letting the numbers fall  and  figuring our how to make it work for me

thanks bigger pockets  for being there
