Luckly, i used FHA to purchase my 1st home since i knew i needed a home to live in. I got a great deal on the home and a good rate. 6 months later i had to relocate for work and i ended up selling the home for way more than what i purchased it for. Me purchasing my 1st home w/ intentions of living in it then selling the home triggered my desire to start investing.
