GOT OUR FIRST PROPERTY

We have been standing on the sidelines for quite some time wanting to get in the game.  As of last week we are now in the game having found our first property.  We are now looking for rehabbers in the San Antonio/New Braunfels area but having a hard time with that piece.  Is there anyone out there who may have some advice as to how we can locate individuals rather than the typical internet search?  We have the property under contract and we got an AMAZING deal.  Custom home built in '99 on 1.234 acres that needs some cosmetic work to bring it up to date but otherwise a move in ready property.  Thanks to bigger pockets and everyone who shares their stories and gave us the courage to throw our hats in the ring.
