Value of a Foundation

I am looking at a very desirable piece of property that has the foundation for a 4,200 square foot house, including 3 car under garage already on it. I'm trying to determine the value they foundation would add if I sell the property. Anyone with experience in Massachusetts I would appreciate your input!
