Made my first year as a REI!

Tonight we eat steak, lobster tail and a few sides that I totally overlooked to get at the lobster.  One year ago today I sold the family land that I inherited.  I was the 5th generation to own it and held one of the last little peices  that was left Of a vast ranch. My cut was 20 acres and  I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't waste a single penny of it. So far I have kept that promise. It's been a year long roller coaster ride but I now own 5 properties (6 doors) and am hunting for #6 to be closed on by the end of the year. Stats show that most businesses fail in the first year so I'm very pleased to be so blessed and to have made it this far.
