Second Guessing My First Offer
I submitted an offer today, and I'm still not sure I have this right, but am going forward with this as a learning experience. The property has 3 units, and will be owner occupied, but I added the owner unit rent as if I was renting out the whole complex to see what the numbers looked like and here is what I got.
My question is around the Vacancy and Management dollars next to the pie chart. IF the property is full, and I am managing it myself (gulp), do i then add that into the cashflow? Meaning that this property would cashflow $685 a month?
