Hello,

I am thinking of investing apartment complex at Tracy CA, but concern about the risk that Tracy will get hit hard when the down turn comes. Does any one have some idea of the apartment complex market at Tracy?

you are right to be concerned it was hit pretty hard. I would suggest you do a loop net search for commercial agent specializing in the Tracy multi family area and do your own research. All the best . Happy to network
