Hello I own 16 rental properties that I have been collecting for the past 6 years. I was wondering if anybody knew of any banks or portfolio lenders that would help me refi these properties under one loan and pull the equity out at the same time.but only using the cash flow of the property and not personal credit. the tax value for the property all together is around 586,000.
