We have discussed at our latest meeting how interior design makes a difference. This being said, the design must be driven by the segmentation of the end user of the real estate. So frequently we have seen the tastes of the flippers translated into their projects, while they should have learned those of their clients....

Very true Denis. I work with one Investor with very Middles Eastern tastes. He has been having a very hard time selling a very well done flip in Queens because of this very issue.
