i FOUND A DEAL IN MILWAUKEE, ON GARFIELD AVE , do anyone know the area well? IS THE AREA GOOD OR BAD? IS THERE POTENTIAL FOR APPRECIATION?

I M FROM OUT OF TOWN SO DONT KNOW THAT AREA AT ALL.

I would call that a C- area. Plenty of city owned foreclosure all around there.
