Hi, Im new to BiggerPockets; Ive always read articles and watched Youtube series, but I wanted to learn more about Real Estate things such as: Investing, Short Sales, Rental Property buying, how to obtain loans for multiple properties and etc. I know no banks would offer me further loans if I was to buy 4 or more properties but I am looking to be a bigger Rental Property Investor as well, as I would like that residual income. So, I was wondering about opening up a business and getting a business loan- I guess my question is what would be the best route? Standard banks/ Credit Unions or Open a Business (which I want to open a business anyway)... I want 20+ within the next decade or less. I am saving up as I know it takes money to make money...
