Hello BP Community,

I have been looking in my area for MFHs but haven't found anything.

I am interested in doing my first deal in Las Vegas now because of my market's inventory.

My parents live there and I go back and forth several times per year. I am considering a SFH or MFH to rent out.

What I want to know is, should I do my first deal out of state? Is it worth the risk or reward? Any feedback would be great.

Thanks

Hi Amir. People do deals outside their markets everyday. The more important question is what is your end game? What returns are you looking for? Investing out of area is easy. Getting the returns you are looking for is the real challenge. Let me know how I can help and the next time you're in town let's grab a coffee and talk
