I've been putting in quite a few bids on different houses that need work to flip. None have been accepted. Should i be looking elsewhere for deals? Or start bidding a bit higher? How do i get this ball rolling? We have financing from do hard money-is this a reason why our offers are not being accepted? Any thoughts or ideAs are greatly appreciated! Just not sure what to do now. Contact wholesalers? I was looking on websites that buy houses, but now im getting tons of mail to buy my house, but i want to buy their houses... Some of the websites are not too user friendly in this case... Please help! Thanks
