Massive Tax Lien on 100k Property - Am I reading this right?
There's an auction.com property in my area that I was checking out (dont worry I dont mind if you beat me to this "deal"):
https://www.auction.com/details/3503-north-rolling...
Anyhow, in the Judgments/Liens section of the title report, this property has 11-12 liens for a total of around 150k. The ARB on this property is probably around 150k, so basically liens=ARB - am I reading this right?
Also, my understanding is that if I win an auction.com property i'd be responsible for the outstanding liens, is that correct? In that case, i'd have to be given this property for free...
Thanks all!
