Offer submitted
Hi everyone, I am a beginner investor who has just submitted an offer on a 3 unit property. I am pre-approved on a loan from a local savings and loan, but I am curious if I should look for another method of financing that will result in a higher cash on cash return? The S&L (and other institutions) are asking for 25% down. I have used the calculator and the property will cash flow. Thanks for any advice or assistance!

John Anderson,
Thanks for the response. It makes perfect sense and it's confirmation of what I was already thinking.
