Need plumber in Phoenix

Hi Phoenix investors,

I decided to sell my Phoenix rental.  My tenants are out and I'm starting the rehab.

The patio was turned into a room and laundry room without a permit and according to my agent it will have to be turn back into covered patio or it will not pass FHA inspection. I'm going to sell it retail.

The problem I have is with the laundry room. I can easily relocate it, but there is no sewer line. It was just draining in the back yard before. Definitely not to code. So I need a plumber that will be able to run a sewer line to the new location. That is 25 ft from the kitchen sink. However there is a door in between.

If anyone knows a good plumber please let me know.

Also where do you buy your carpet in Phoenix?

Thank you.
